We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder fabricator to a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Duties

Operate MIG welding equipment to join metal parts according to technical specifications and safety guidelines

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions

Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components

Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, grinding, and finishing metal surfaces

Conduct quality checks on welds and finished products to ensure compliance with standards

Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
-
Assist in the assembly of fabricated parts into final products or structures

Troubleshoot minor issues with welding equipment and perform basic maintenance as required
Skills

Proven experience in MIG welding;

Strong knowledge of structural welding techniques and standards

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

Mechanical knowledge relevant to assembly processes and material handling

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately

Good understanding of safety procedures related to welding and manufacturing environments

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
The Package

£14 - £14.50 pay rate incluisve of shit allowance
