ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are excited to be recruiting for a highly regarded law firm in Market Harborough, who are looking for an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in private client work to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, working with a broad range of clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Advising client on inheritance tax planning, trusts and wealth management.

Providing compassionate and expert guidance to clients during what can often be challenging times.

Drafting wills, trusts and other relevant legal documents.

Conducting thorough estate planning reviews and advising on tax-efficient strategies.

Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth estate administration.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law to provide accurate and current legal advice.
ABOUT YOU:

A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law.

Strong experience in handling wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

A high degree of empathy, professionalism and discretion.
-
STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
BENEFITS:
