We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling small electronic or mechanical components in batch quantities. This position requires a high level of manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise assembly instructions and technical schematics.
Typical Responsibilities

Assemble small components (electronic or mechanical) according to work instructions or samples.

Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality and functionality.

Use tools such as soldering irons, small hand tools and air tools.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols.

Complete production documentation as required.

Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCSEs, Maths and English, or further education qualifications.
Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in assembly.

Experienced background in electronics manufacture.

Proficiency with PC literacy software.
Skills / Abilities

Skilled in assembly techniques and able to use hand and air tools.

Good manual dexterity for working with small components.

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
