As the School Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students. Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, you will provide essential administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Your duties will include:
Front of House: Greeting visitors, parents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Telephone Support: Managing incoming calls, responding to enquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Record Management: Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases and systems.
Reception Duties: Ensuring reception areas remain organised, welcoming, and efficiently managed.
General Support: Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required to support the wider school team.What We're Looking For:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a school or educational setting.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A professional, flexible, and proactive approach.
