Aspired Talent Recruiting are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors based in the WN5 area.
This Position will be starting in October.
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. May need to work weekends due to busy period.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with queries and providing excellent customer service.
Your duties will include:
Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer enquiries.
Communicating with customers via web chat.
Providing customers with updates on where their orders are and expected delivery times.
Dealing with queries relating to damaged or missing items.
Investigating customer issues and working with other departments to find suitable solutions.
Keeping customers updated throughout the process.
Recording customer interactions and ensuring information is accurately logged.
Building positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and listening skills.
Is confident speaking to customers over the phone and through web chat.
Remains calm and professional when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
Has a positive, helpful attitude.
Is organised and able to manage multiple customer queries.
Has good attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
