ABA Assistant - Reading

A specialist SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated and caring ABA Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Behaviour Analysts, Therapists, or Teachers who want to build valuable, hands-on experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs.
As an ABA Assistant, you will:
Deliver 1:1 and small group support using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
Support students in developing communication, social, emotional, and independent living skills.
Implement individualised programmes and strategies under the guidance of experienced staff and behaviour professionals.
Encourage positive behaviours and help students engage actively in learning and daily routines.We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:

A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within SEN and behaviour support.
Interested in gaining practical experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis, psychology, education, or therapy.
