Hours: Monday to Thursday 2:30pm to 11:00pm and Fridays 1:00pm to 8:00pm
Are you a hands-on Manufacturing Operator looking to develop your skills in a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment?
We're recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Operator to join a global manufacturer producing precision-engineered products. You'll receive comprehensive training on specialist machinery and processes, but you'll already have experience working within a manufacturing or production environment and be confident working to quality standards and production targets

As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll play an important part in producing high-quality precision components while working within a supportive production team.
Following comprehensive training, you'll learn to set up and operate a range of precision manufacturing equipment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating precision manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances
Recording technical measurements and production data accurately
Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Updating production systems and completing associated documentation
Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
Working towards daily production targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Cross-training across different manufacturing processes to broaden your skills About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment
A practical, hands-on approach with good mechanical aptitude
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
The ability to identify problems and contribute to continuous improvement Apply
