Fully office based
Hours of work are 9.00am to 6.00pm (with one hour lunch) Monday to Friday.

A busy architectural practice based near Wapping is looking to recruit an organised and personable receptionist to join their team!
The successful candidate will be professional, well-presented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
The role is very varied and involves:
Front of house duties
Answering the telephones
Accurate message taking
Booking meetings & managing meeting rooms
Booking taxis and couriers
Ordering & making refreshments
Updating databases
Making travel arrangements and hotel bookings
Stationary ordering
Keeping front of house clean and tidy
