This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid Forklift Truck Licence who is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.

The Role
As a Goods In Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
-
Following Purchasing, Goods Inwards and company procedures
-
Safely unloading deliveries using a forklift truck and manual handling equipment
-
Checking deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
-
Inspecting incoming goods for quantity and quality
-
Assisting with packing and shipping parts for subcontract operations
-
Organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines
-
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment

Working closely with colleagues to ensure goods are received and processed efficiently
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in a Goods Inwards, Warehouse or Yard environment

A valid Forklift Truck Licence — essential

Good attention to detail when checking deliveries and documentation

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good organisational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
