Wynnstay Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Warehouse Assistant at our busy Pontesbury store, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service for our valued farmer customers

Responsibilities:
Picking orders, recording and checking stock, collating paperwork, yard picking
Loading customers orders directly into their vehicles and preparing order to be delivered directly to farms
Dealing with customers face to face in a professional manner
Placing all incoming goods in an organised and efficient manner, and identifying stock anomalies and taking appropriate action
Storing chemicals and hazardous goods in the correct manner
Operating a forklift truck whilst adhering to requisite Health and Safety standards
Participating in any duties in the interests of Health & Safety, including COSHH compliance, Spillage clean-up, and safe manual handling.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
Ability to undertake a physically demanding, manual-handling role
Willingness to operate a forklift safely and complete training if not already licensed
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
Good customer service and communication skills
Desirable:
Current Counterbalance Forklift Licence or similar qualification
Previous agricultural knowledge or experience
Experience working in a warehouse, yard or distribution environment
