Role Overview
proAV are a leading global audio-visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Logistics Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV and working within our warehouse team, taking full responsibility for administration.
One of many openings available at proAV (who have over 500 team members globally), this position is based within our warehouse team, who continue to invest in state-of-the-art technologies, services, and training.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced logistics administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

Be familiar with all departmental policies and processes and support the team ensuring they are followed.

Raising concerns and escalations to the logistics supervisor or manager.

Liaising with different departments within the business to ensure that deadlines are achieved, and communications are effective.

Ensuring Health and Safety rules and polices are always applied.

Maintain accurate records, Databases, and document creation and storage.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Accurately update working copies daily

Liaise with couriers to book transport

Maintain accurate system records, generate logistics reports and support KPI tracking

Provide delivery updates, handle delivery queries and support issue resolution.
Required skills & qualifications:

Attention to detail – essential for accurate documentation and inventory control.

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Clear, professional interaction with suppliers & couriers.

Works closely with warehouse, procurement and order processing.

Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
