Sales Administrator / Sales Support Executive
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £26,436 per annum plus quarterly bonus
Type: Permanent
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and organised individual to join their friendly sales support team in Uxbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their commercial career with a well-established business. It could particularly suit a recent college leaver, graduate or someone with some early office or customer service experience who is keen to learn, take on responsibility and build a long-term career.
You’ll be joining a supportive and welcoming team where you’ll receive plenty of exposure to customers, sales administration and the full order process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll help make sure customers receive an efficient, professional service and that orders and enquiries are managed accurately from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
Preparing quotations and pricing information
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
Processing and monitoring customer orders
Keeping customer and CRM information accurate and up to date
Liaising with colleagues and suppliers to keep orders moving
Helping source solutions for individual customer requirements
Producing reports and organising information when required
Assisting with invoice queries, returns and customer issues
Supporting larger orders and projects through to completion
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales administration experience would be useful, but it is not essential for the right person.
More importantly, our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate:
A bright, positive and enthusiastic approach
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues
Good written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
The ability to manage several tasks and priorities
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A proactive approach and willingness to use initiative
Reliability and a genuine desire to build a career
