The Role:
The HR Administrator will provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support for the delivery of TUPE-related projects and employee transfers. The HR Administrator will support the end-to-end administration of transfer activities, ensuring employee data, documentation, communications and records are managed in line in line with project timelines.
The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition for transferring employees and provide a high-quality employee experience throughout the process.
This role would particularly suit someone who has achieved CIPD Level 3 and is working towards Associate CIPD status, offering valuable practical experience to support their continued professional development and career progression within Human Resources.
The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support for TUPE transfer projects from commencement through to completion. Coordinate and maintain accurate employee data and transfer records, ensuring all information is complete and up to date. Prepare and issue TUPE-related correspondence, consultation documentation and employee communications.
The HR Administrator will schedule and coordinate consultation meetings, briefings and project-related activities. Update HR systems and assist with onboarding and integration activities for transferring employees.
The Candidate
CIPD level 3 foundation certificate and previous experience in an HR administration role (a financial services background would be ideal or at least a regulated environment)
Understanding of core HR administration processes
Excellent record keeping and document management skills
Knowledge of TUPE legislation and organisational change activities
Experience supporting HR projects or transformation activity
Experience of maintaining accurate employee records and handling sensitive data
