About the role…
To support project managers, and wider team, with administrative duties to help ensure all project delivery works are compliant.
As a Project Administrator you will…?
Accurately process information
Ensure deadlines are met
Participate in attaining and maintaining company certification systems
Suggest corrective actions to any non-compliance
Client interfaces - receive projects from client and raise Ipsum job on database
Liaise with project managers to issue for quoting and oversee the purchase order process
Assist the project managers in preparing quotations
Subcontract liaison and potential raising of purchase orders
Preparation, production, and quality checking of work packs
Commercial support to the project managers and the commercial department
Performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery
Reporting of process management data
Supporting with customer interactions – planned service interruption carding preparations, customer calls, letters, etc.
Producing utility plans (safe digs)
Ad-hoc support duties
About you…
Previous administrative experience
GCSEs Maths and English
The ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
A desire and personal pride to make improvements.
Self-motivation and ability to work on own initiative.
A strong customer focus.
An ability to identify where assistance will help colleagues.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
