Temporary Production Operative
Location: Rural site outside Crawley
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job type: Temporary
Working pattern: Monday to Friday (06:30-15:00)
We are recruiting for a reliable and practical Temporary Production Operative to join a specialist business based at a rural location outside Crawley.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has good attention to detail, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, facilities or a similar environment would be useful, although training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day production activities.
Preparing, handling and organising products and equipment.
Following work instructions, quality standards and company procedures.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Completing basic paperwork and production records.
Working with colleagues to meet daily requirements.
Carrying out other practical duties as required.
About you
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Practical, organised and able to follow instructions.
Good attention to detail.
Comfortable carrying out repetitive and hands-on tasks.
Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
Previous production experience is desirable but not essential.
Own transport is essential due to the rural location and limited public transport options.
