Are you an experienced Food Production Operative looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position?

Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their production team with reliable and hardworking individuals who have previous experience working within food production, manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment.

Competitive pay of £13.14 - £14.27 per hour
Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
Full-time hours with regular shifts

Your duties will include:

Preparing, mixing, and assembling food products using production machinery and equipment
Handling raw ingredients and following production specifications
Operating within strict food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
Moving products and ingredients safely around the production facility
Cleaning equipment and maintaining high housekeeping standards
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

Available shifts include:

AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience within food production, food manufacturing, production, or a factory environment
The ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices
A reliable and positive approach to work
Good teamwork and communication skills
