An established global engineering business is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join them!
Working closely with the General Manager and divisional leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations across the UK and international locations. This is a highly visible position requiring someone who is organised, resilient and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be responsible for keeping senior leaders focused on strategic priorities, ensuring communication flows effectively across departments, and helping drive efficiency throughout the division.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary support to the General Manager and leadership team, ensuring priorities, schedules and key business activities are effectively coordinated.
Build strong relationships across departments and international teams, helping to align stakeholders and maintain momentum on business objectives.
Coordinate leadership meetings, customer visits, overseas travel arrangements and divisional events.
Produce professional business communications, presentations and reports while managing sensitive information with discretion.
Support operational and strategic initiatives by monitoring actions, coordinating deliverables and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, aerospace or industrial environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business.
A confident and personable approach, with the ability to work effectively with different personalities and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication skills with experience building relationships across multiple functions and locations.
Experience coordinating complex schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and business activities.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism when handling confidential information.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and business management systems.
Proactive, adaptable and capable of working independently while supporting a wider leadership team.
