Multi-Trader – Essex
Location: Chelmsford, Essex (CM2)
Salary: £160–£180 per day (CIS) + Company Van & Fuel Card
An established property maintenance contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Trader to join their growing team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance works across residential properties throughout Essex.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity offering consistent work, a company van, fuel card and the chance to work with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Duties

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance works.

Complete carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating repairs.

Undertake repairs within occupied and void residential properties.

Diagnose faults and complete first-time fixes wherever possible.

Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer service.

Complete job sheets and paperwork accurately.

Work safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, property maintenance or refurbishment.

Strong carpentry skills with experience across multiple trades.

Full UK Driving Licence.

CSCS Card desirable.

Excellent customer service skills.
