We are looking for a motivated IT professional to take ownership of the IT Product Lifecycle for our international Custom Application ecosystem. You will help shape standards for custom application development, manage external development partners, and drive the harmonization of our application landscape.
- Manage the IT Product Lifecycle for new and existing custom applications
- Take ownership of all activities related to the upcoming Mauser Customer B2B Portal
- Define and standardize the technology stack for custom application development
- Guide internal development resources and external vendors to implement these standards
- Conduct code reviews to ensure policies and guidelines are followed
- Lead the Architectural Review Process (ARB) with external suppliers and workbenches
- Enforce and further develop test management standards, including automated testing
- Manage requirements in close coordination with business product owners
- Drive CI/CD, release management, and DevOps best practices
- Actively participate in the internal IT community
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- Experience in PHP development and MS SQL
- Knowledge of cloud-native environments (Azure) and the O365 ecosystem
- Experience with JavaScript, React, or Angular
- At least 1 year of experience supporting and managing applications and vendors
- At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or process management
- Understanding of IT processes such as incident, problem, change, and project management
- Good understanding of lifecycle management methodologies for cloud applications (e.g. Azure, Magento, Avanta, self-service or B2B commerce portals)
- Experience managing and challenging vendors on SLAs and KPIs
- Hands-on mentality with a passion for standardization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong ability to collaborate and lead across teams and departments
- Fluent in English and German
