Graduate Accountancy Customer Support Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting, Accountancy or Finance graduate who enjoys working with people and wants to combine their technical knowledge with technology and customer support.
You'll be joining a fast-growing fintech software company where you'll use your accounting knowledge to support customers using specialist accounting software. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career in fintech, software or accountancy support while continuing to develop their technical skills.
What you'll be doing

Providing second-line support to customers via phone and email.

Helping customers get the most from the company's accounting software.

Becoming a product expert and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

Creating and updating FAQs, user guides and support documentation.

Supporting the development of customer training materials.

Assisting with software testing and identifying product improvements.

Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
About you

Degree in Accountancy or a related subject.

At least 6 months' customer service experience.

Good understanding of UK tax, financial statements and double-entry bookkeeping.

An interest in technology and accounting software.

Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Organised, analytical and eager to learn.
