We are looking for an Administration and Bookings Clerk for an immediate start. This exciting role involves general administration, booking tutors out for work, and ensuring all aspects of tuition delivery are met. There is also another element whereby you would be trained to resource and recruit tutors for our busy desk. You will also be processing timesheets and tutor reports on a daily basis. It is not essential that you have direct experience in this type of role, but ultimately you would need to possess the drive and ambition to work within a fast paced role in the recruitment / education sector, so knowledge of the education sector would be helpful.
You will be working across multi-agencies within the education sector, communicating with both local authorities and schools and as such must have a professional telephone manner.
We will provide you with all the training and support you need, but ultimately you should be a quick learner with a keen eye for detail.
