Planwell Recruitment Ltd is an Industrial Recruitment specialist working with major national companies. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Recruitment Administrator to join our small, friendly team.
Driving and preferably access to a car is essential for this role.
No previous recruitment experience is required, as full training will be provided. We are looking for a candidate who lives local and can commute to both Erith and Barking areas as this is a dual location role, ideally you will have a background in administration and/or office-based customer service.
A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential for this role. You will be required to travel regularly between our Erith and Barking offices, so you must be confident driving between both locations. A company car is available when required, and mileage is paid when you use your own vehicle for business purposes. If you will require use of company car you should hold a valid clean driving licence and be over age 25 for insurance purposes.
Duties are, but not limited to:

Create and place adverts on our advertising platforms

Conduct telephone screening before booking suitable candidates for interview

Interviewing candidates for roles face-to-face or via video link

Confirm and book staff for work as per the requirements of the customer

General administration tasks which could include preparing rota’s, requesting references, RTW checks and preparing application packs

Occasionally you may be required to visit client premises, to hold staff inductions and discuss any staffing issues

Action any queries promptly

Shifts:
20 hrs per week to cover 2-3 days a week with flexible hours between Monday and Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm. Flexibility required as you may be asked to work more hours to cover staff holidays.
Training will be provided and you may be required to work more hours during this initial period.
Hourly pay starts at £13.50.
