Every successful plumbing and heating business has one person who knows where everything is, keeps the wheels turning, spots problems before anyone else does, and somehow makes chaos look organised.
We're looking for that person.
This isn't your typical office assistant role. Yes, you'll answer calls, keep jobs organised and support the day-to-day running of the office, but you'll also have the opportunity to shape how things are done. If you love improving systems, finding smarter ways of working and taking ownership, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing:

Keeping the office running smoothly

Managing calls, emails and customer enquiries

Supporting engineers and the director with scheduling and administration

Raising paperwork, invoices and job records

Helping improve processes and systems

Adhoc Finance administration

Pitching in wherever needed (because no two days are ever the same!)
