Our busy Wellingborough based clients are currently seeking an experienced FLT Production Operative for their modern and innovative facility with immediate effect, on a temp to perm basis.

Main Purpose:

To ensure the production operations maximise output and minimise downtime.

Optimise production performance from the start of the process through to the final phase.

Support relevant Managers and the wider team through hard work, a good attitude and regular communication.
The Role:

Safely loading and unloading new and finished product from production areas using an FLT.

Working with the wider team to support the sorting of various material.

General Machine Minding, Visual Inspection and Basic Quality Control.

Ensuring working areas are clean, tidy and safe at all times.

Stock allocation and identification using a basic computorised system.

Previous experience of working within a production role in an industrial environment.
Essential:
- FLT License – Counterbalance
This needs to be in date and nationally recognised and you will need at least 3-5 years of recent experience on a FLT Counterbalance
The client can convert an FLT Reach to an FLT Counterbalance license, however, you would also need experience on an FLT Counterbalance to be considered for this role.

- 4on 4off rotation days/nights shift pattern – 05:45am-6:00pm / 5:45pm-6:00am
45 hour paid week – with regular overtime available
