Part-Time Receptionist – 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, tidy reception area.

Answer, screen, and direct calls; manage post and deliveries.

Assist with client onboarding and ID verification while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Scan, copy, print, and accurately file legal documents.

Manage diaries, book meeting rooms, and provide general admin help.

Handle day-to-day ad-hoc tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
What They Are Looking For:

Proven background in a reception, front-of-house, or administrative role.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.

Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and quick to learn new systems.

A collaborative team player who can also work independently using their own initiative.
