Position: Picking & Packing Operative (FLT Counterbalance)
Burnley
Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour (£13.11 + enhanced overtime rates available)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2PM-10PM
Key Responsibilities:

Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently

Pick and pack parcels with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records

Organize and prepare orders for dispatch

Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
Requirements:

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in date)

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
