Production Operative – Elland, Halifax (HX5)
We’re looking for reliable Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing site in Elland. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Shifts & Pay
Weekly Rotating Shifts:
06:00–14:00
14:00–22:00
£12.78 per hour
Night Shift (Mon–Fri):
22:00–06:00
£13.80 per hour
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable working in a food production environment
Good numeracy, literacy, and general education
Previous production or manufacturing experience
Willingness to carry out manual, hands‑on tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Key Responsibilities
Operating production lines and monitoring machinery
Packing products to required standards
Carrying out regular quality checks on finished goods
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
