Helpdesk Administrator
Location: West Malling, Kent
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a growing Facilities Management business based in West Malling.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance requests, supporting engineers, and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities

Log and manage reactive maintenance requests through the CAFM system

Allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors

Monitor work orders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved

Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to provide updates on outstanding works

Raise purchase orders and process relevant documentation

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Support the wider operations team with administrative duties

Produce reports and assist with general office administration
About You
-
Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Facilities, Customer Service, or Administration role

Experience within the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner

Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems

Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
