Position 1 Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Yard Operator to join a busy manufacturing site based near Diss.
Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, 37.50 per week.

The Role
-
Yard Operator will follow Purchasing, Goods Inward, and company procedures.

Unload deliveries using a forklift truck and manual handling equipment.

Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity and quality.

Assist with packing and shipping parts for subcontract operations.

Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
About You
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in a Goods Inwards, Warehouse, or Yard environment.

Valid Forklift Truck Licence required.
