SourceCo are looking for an experienced chilled warehouse supervisor for a well-established food manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.

The Role:
As Chilled Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the chilled warehouse and yard, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
Salary:
- £40,900 per annum (45 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, motivate, train, and support warehouse and yard staff

Ensure safe working practices and company procedures are followed

Monitor chilled warehouse conditions and ensure products are stored correctly
-
Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve issues

Maintain accurate warehouse paperwork and records
-
Complete daily stock checks and ensure correct stock rotation
-
Ensure customer orders are accurate and dispatched to a high standard
-
Maintain a clean, safe working environment

Check vehicle refrigeration systems are operating correctly
-
Support loading and unloading operations to maintain efficient turnaround times

Provide cover during holidays, sickness, and busy periods
-
Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required
About You:

Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse team

Strong communication and people management skills

Ability to motivate and support team members
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Organised with the ability to work to deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
Desirable:

Forklift Truck (FLT) licence and experience (training available for the right candidate)

Experience within chilled, food, FMCG, or temperature-controlled environments
