Previous experience within client administration or finance administration

Intermediate or above knowledge of Xero

Strong Excel skills

Experience reconciling accounts

Excellent organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail

Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure

Strong communication skills

Positive, proactive and team-focused approach

Experience working within a financial or collections environment

Confidence learning new in-house systems quickly

Previous experience supporting or coordinating team workloads
So, what will you be doing?

Managing daily cash listings and banking administration
-
Supporting sales and purchase ledger processes
-
Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
-
Assisting with month-end sales ledger procedures
-
Processing client transfers and file uploads
-
Handling DSAR requests
-
Coordinating and delegating tasks across the team

Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Managing workloads effectively within a busy office environment

Ensuring records and financial information are maintained accurately
