Customer Service Assistant - Stonehouse - Permanent - Salary up to £25,350 - 37.5 hour week - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Our Client is a large Distribution company who are looking to grow their current Customer Service team due to high demand in their products. They are looking for a friendly, approachable person with the ability to cope under pressure and work effectively and multi task in a busy environment, previous experience in Customer Service roles partnered alongside administrative duties would be desirable, The successful candidate also needs to be a reliable and punctual person with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
The role as Customer Service Assistant will involve;
Receive a large number of incoming calls as a first point of call in to the business
Direct calls to other departments if necessary
Place orders via telephone or email
Input orders efficiently and accurately
Liaise with other departments to ensure products are dispatched and delivered on time
Reception cover (adhoc)
Solve customer queries
See orders through start to delivery
To communicate regularly with Representatives to ensure excellent customer serviceBenefits;
