Our well-established, family run client based in Evesham, who are one of the largest businesses in the region for supplying to the retail market, are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Commercial team, managing the end-to-end processing of customer orders and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with customers and internal departments to proactively resolve issues, maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
-Process customer orders accurately and communicate requirements to the packhouse team.
-Support customers with product availability, order amendments, and delivery queries.
-Respond to customer communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
-Maintain accurate sales and reporting documentation.
-Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
-Collaborate across departments to ensure excellent customer service.
-Keep up to date with product availability, seasonal ranges, and new launches.

Hours - Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5:00pm
Salary – up to £35,000 depending on experience + free onsite parking
