Job Title: Finance Administrator
Salary: Up to £30,000 (salary dependant on experience)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.15am-4.45pm, Friday - 8.15am-3.45pm

Key Responsibilities:

Raising and processing purchase orders (POs)
-
Invoice processing, matching, and query resolution
-
Supplier statement checks and basic reconciliations
-
Processing expenses and employee timesheets
-
Maintaining accurate financial records for audit purposes

Support project and finance-related activities
-
Acts as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders
Essential:
-
Previous experience working in a similar role
-
Experience supporting basic finance processes (e.g. POs, invoices, expenses, timesheets)

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a busy working environment
Desirable:

Experience supporting payroll-related administrative tasks or timesheet systems
-
Familiarity with finance systems or ERP systems
-
Experience working within a project-based, engineering, construction, or operational environment
