Blue Arrow are recruiting for a customer service agent to work with our client in a temporary ongoing assignment up until January 2027.
Your duties will include:
Answering telephone calls
Advising customers on new purchases
Assisting with invoicing
Dealing with any day to day queries
Resolving disputesIdeally candidates will have previous experience in a customer service role. However, full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Hours of work
4 days per week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
9am-4pm
£12.71 per hour paid weekly
