We’re recruiting for a Customer Support Representative to join a well-established business in Kidderminster. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and scheduling experience who is confident juggling multiple priorities, liaising with engineers and customers, and working as part of a busy open-plan office team of around 20 people.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email

Booking and coordinating service, maintenance and repair visits

Planning engineer workloads and scheduling jobs efficiently

Liaising with customers and engineers to ensure smooth delivery of service work

Updating internal systems, job records and customer account information

Following up on completed visits, reports, repairs and additional work required

Supporting reactive callouts and workshop bookings where needed
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, service desk or service coordination

Experience dealing with customers, engineers and planning / scheduling work

Confident communicator who is comfortable working in a busy open-plan office

Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Good IT skills and confidence updating systems and records

Positive team player with a proactive approach
Package:

£26,000 salary

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
