Location: Bolton, England (BL3)
Contract Type: Temporary (Full-time, with temp-to-perm potential)
Shifts: AM (6:00-14:00), PM (14:00-22:00), Nights (22:00-6:00)
Pay Rate: £13.74/hour (AM/PM), £15.06/hour (Nights), Overtime at £16.55/hour

As a Bakery Mixing Operative, you'll play a key role in preparing, mixing, and monitoring ingredients to ensure consistent product quality. Working in a fast-paced production environment, your responsibilities will include:
Operating and monitoring bakery production equipment.
Accurately weighing and scaling batches of ingredients.
Preparing dough and supporting the baking process.
Performing quality checks during production.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards.
Completing production records and basic equipment checks.
Collaborating with supervisors and team members.
Assisting with packing, labelling, and product handling as needed.What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Hard Skills:
Batch weighing and scaling.
Ingredient knowledge and equipment operation.
Dough preparation and monitoring.
Strong numeracy and IT/system operation skills.
Food safety, hygiene compliance, and record-keeping.
Manual handling experience.Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and time management.
Strict adherence to procedures.
Team collaboration and a proactive attitude.Experience:
