This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to support students aged 16+ by encouraging engagement, promoting positive behaviour, and helping learners reach their goals in an inclusive educational setting.
✅ What you'll need:
Previous experience working with young people in an education or similar setting
Confidence managing behaviour in a classroom environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to engage, motivate and support learners aged 16+
A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work
A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
