Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an Administrator to support the smooth running of maintenance and repair activities across a varied property portfolio. In this busy, people-centred role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, manage repair and maintenance enquiries, and keep all records accurate and up to date. You'll work closely with contractors, colleagues and customers to schedule visits, monitor progress and ensure excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries and coordinating maintenance and repair visits
Keeping all service, maintenance and compliance records accurate in the asset management system (QFM)
Managing a live schedule of works, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
Monitoring progress to meet service standards and statutory timescales
Raising work orders and matching invoices
Supporting colleagues by keeping key property files up to date
Skills Required:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and calmly
High attention to detail, accuracy, and good numeracy
Confidence using IT systems (experience with service-based systems is beneficial)
Ability to prioritise and manage changing demands
A proactive, organised approach and a willingness to learn
