What You'll Get

Process orders, registrations, taxation, stock movements, transfers, and handovers
Liaise with internal teams, manufacturers, and external partners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain precise records across systems including vehicle stock, documentation, and demonstrator fleets
Produce reports, support audits, and assist with profit checks
Manage used vehicle purchasing, stocking, funding, and compliance checks
Work collaboratively across new, used, and corporate sales functionsWhat We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience within the motor trade (essential)
Sales Administration experience preferred (warranty/service admin also considered)
Highly organised with a methodical, detail-focused approach
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Experience with systems such as Drive, Dealerweb, or iStore is advantageous
