The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll help ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently throughout the distribution centre. Your duties will include:

Loading and unloading trailers

Receiving deliveries and placing stock into the correct warehouse locations

Breaking down pallets and transferring products into cages or designated storage areas

Picking and preparing orders for dispatch

Manual handling of goods and using warehouse equipment where required

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Working as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets
Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Good attention to detail

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Able to work independently as well as part of a team
