Project Support Administrator – Fire & Security

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our growing Fire & Security team in Isleworth.
Supporting the delivery of projects across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Intercoms, Gates and Barriers, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.

Maintain project documentation, drawing registers and filing systems.

Issue drawings, specifications and project documentation.

Manage document revisions and version control.

Coordinate project meetings and support project reporting.

Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Update AutoCAD drawings and maintain revision histories.

Produce as-installed and as-built drawings.

Assist with O&M manuals and project handover documentation.
Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Document Control role.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Experience managing documentation and version control.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Desirable
-
Experience within the Fire & Security, Construction or Engineering sectors.

Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems.

Experience producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
