Key Responsibilities
Registering new candidates and conducting initial screening calls
Posting and managing job advertisements across various platforms
Confirming interviews with candidates and clients
Submitting suitable candidates to live vacancies
Maintaining accurate candidate records and database updates
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
Building positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
What We're Looking For
Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous recruitment, customer service, sales, or administration experience is desirable but not essential
