Assist in the design and delivery of adaptive reuse, heritage, refurbishment, and new-build projects.
Produce and develop coordinated design information across all RIBA work stages.
Prepare architectural drawings, models, presentations, and technical documentation.
Support planning applications and listed building consent submissions.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
Contribute to design reviews and studio-wide project discussions.
Work within Archicad to develop and coordinate project information.
Participate in project coordination and multidisciplinary team meetings.Ideal Candidate
Part 2 Architectural Assistant, Architectural Designer, or ARB Registered Architect.
Minimum of several years' professional experience
Strong proficiency in Archicad.
Demonstrated interest in adaptive reuse, heritage, conservation, and contemporary architecture.
Experience working on listed buildings, conservation areas, or sensitive historic contexts is advantageous.
Strong design, presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Engaged, energetic, thoughtful, and motivated to contribute to a design-focused studio environment.
Conservation accreditation (AABC, RIBA Conservation Register, or similar) is welcomed but not essential.
Experience in higher education, cultural, institutional, or heritage projects would be beneficial.
