Your new role
As Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Acting as a central point of contact, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a busy office environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
Processing orders, bookings, and service requests accurately
Updating internal systems with customer and job information
Liaising with internal teams to coordinate service delivery
Resolving customer queries and escalating issues where required
Supporting the wider team with general administrative dutiesWhat you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a customer service administrative role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
A proactive and positive approach to work
