Multi-Trade Operative – Full-Time Position
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and general building works across both commercial and domestic properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and versatile tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a professional and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general building and maintenance works

Basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating

Property repairs and refurbishment projects

Kitchen and bathroom installations

Internal and external maintenance works
-
Brickwork repairs and minor groundworks

Diagnosing and resolving building defects

Working from job specifications and site instructions

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Adhering to Health & Safety regulations at all times
Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or General Builder

Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance and construction
-
Competent across a variety of trades including carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and basic plumbing

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Good problem-solving and communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Full UK driving licence essential

CSCS card desirable
