A leading London estate agency is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Sales Administrator to join its busy and friendly sales team.
This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales operations, managing office administration, coordinating appointments, and providing executive support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales administration and team support

Preparing sales documentation and marketing materials

Booking appointments and managing diaries

Conducting AML checks
-
HR administration and onboarding support

Handling client enquiries and office communications

Organising company events and office operations
Requirements:

Previous experience in an Office Manager or Sales Administrator role

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
-
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
-
Confident using spreadsheets and administrative systems
-
HR experience beneficial but not essential
Salary & Benefits:

Up to £35,000

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Additional Christmas closure leave

Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm - fully office based
