Administrator – Bridging & Development Finance
Hybrid - 1 day a week from home
Our client, are a well-established and respected specialist lender operating within the bridging and development finance sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills who wants to build a career within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Working closely with the Bridging and Development Finance team, you will be responsible for managing loan administration activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring applications progress efficiently through the lending process.
The Role

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Bridging and Development Finance team.

Issue loan terms to brokers in conjunction with the Sales and Credit teams.

Liaise with applicants regarding new loan applications and chase outstanding documentation.

Create and maintain loan files

Complete post-completion administration tasks.

Maintain high levels of communication with brokers, applicants, surveyors and solicitors throughout the lending process.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Finance and Collections teams.

Ensure all records, systems and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
About You

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Previous administration experience within financial services, lending, property finance, banking or a related sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
