Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO - IMMEDIATE START
Are you a proactive, tech savvy EA who thrives in fast paced start-ups and knows how to make a founder's life significantly easier? If you're naturally two steps ahead and love supporting ambitious leaders, this could be your role.
Contract: Ongoing temp with strong potential for the right candidate to go permanent
Location: Liverpool Street / Moorgate
Hours: 9am-5pm (flexibility required; 12pm-8pm when founder is in the US)
Rate: £25ph-28ph
The Role
As EA to the Founder & CEO, you'll be the right‑hand support in a high‑growth tech start‑up. You'll own the detail, anticipate needs and keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Managing a demanding, ever‑changing diary across time zones 🤝
Acting as gatekeeper and key liaison for investors and senior stakeholders
Handling all correspondence and communications ✉️
Coordinating global travel, meetings and events 🌍
Preparing clear, polished reports and presentations 📊
Managing confidential information with discretion 🔒
Supporting occasional personal PA duties
About You
Proven EA experience supporting a Founder or senior leader, ideally within tech or start‑ups
Highly proactive, organised and solution focused, you anticipate, not react
Confident managing complex diaries and competing priorities
Tech‑savvy with strong Google Suite skills 💻
