We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join a busy and professional environment based in Basing View, Basingstoke, with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and proactive who is looking to gain experience within facilities or building management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the building
Assisting with office moves and workspace set-ups
Carrying out basic maintenance tasks and checks
Managing deliveries, post, and storage areas
Ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Liaising with contractors and internal teams
Requirements:
Previous facilities or maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and available for an immediate start
